What is Aura-Soma?

There are so many answers to this question, each as individual as the person asking. Where you are coming from, reflects how you view the multifaceted diamond of the Aura-Soma Colour Care system. The best way to answer the question "what is a forest?" is to show you the entrance to the forest and let you explore for yourself the sights, the smells and the life that pulses there. So you have arrived at the edge of a world full of many colourful jewels. Come in and explore.

To be sure, colour reflects and affects our thoughts, moods and emotions and understanding how this relationship works, can assist us in moving towards a greater wellbeing.

The most visual part of the system are over 100 sparkling dual layered bottles, often referred to as ‘jewels’, each bottle offers a special gift of understanding, message and quality. Within each of these bottles there are a combination of various ‘living’ energies i.e., plants & herbal extracts, crystals tinctures, essential oils and special water from the Glastonbury Well, all ingredients combined together with the signature of Colour being the key.

Colour and consciousness are linked in a most simple and beautiful way and the language of colour, as ancient as man himherself and something that we learn in the Aura-Soma courses, serves to illuminate this relationship. As an attraction to specific colours can reflect and reveal certain things, so to an attraction to the colours in an Aura-Soma Equilibrium bottle can mirror certain tendencies we may have, thus offering a unique perspective of our own Psyche and Consciousness right now.

Anyone who has walked the pathway of self-discovery would realize how powerful our unconscious motivations can be and how important it is to be aware of them and the influence they have on our lives. What is an Aura-Soma Consultation?

Primarily you are going to view over 100 breathtaking dual layered bottles called ‘Equilibrium Bottles’. These bottles and their contents assist in the promotion of inner/outer balance in our lives. Each bottle is filled with dynamic, living energy – the energy of colour, herbal extracts, essential oils, gems and crystals. These energies have been combined in a holistic way according to vibration, colour and light being the key that links them together.

Your fully trained Consultant will ask you to choose the 4 bottles most ‘attractive’ to you. Your attraction to a jeweled bottle is a reflection of something deep inside, resonating with ‘likeness’. An exploration of the meaning of the colours you have chosen then begins ; features specific to these bottles, the matrix and patterns presented by your bottle choices, the ‘yin/yang’ message of the colour and its combination, and how and where this reflects in your own life.

Through the awareness of how we energetically, conceptually, mentally or emotionally respond to certain colour vibrations, we can recognize where we stand in relation to particular colours or issues. Do we wish to embody more of the positive quality, ignore or avoid the negative quality and were we even aware there was another way of viewing that quality? Can we see something in ourselves we would like to change, or like to nurture, explore and expand.

The ‘Mirror’ that the Bottles present, offer a unique perspective into our own Psyche and levels of consciousness right now giving us some freedom from the ‘control’ of our external circumstances, and giving us some empowerment about a new way to relate to the world.

This is the point at which we realize there is more to life than we had thought, we get to notice how we view the world and make a choice as to whether or not we wish to maintain or change this view. So now a journey begins. Having a consultation with a professional, or walking through a colour course yourself, begins this process and equips you with the tools of interpretation of what your colour choices are presenting to you. Walking this pathway, you realize how powerful our unconscious motivations can be.

Now we can begin to work with the rest of the colour care system synchronically, namely the pomanders, quintessences, colour essences and Arch Angelois to assist our transition into who we really are.

Aura-Soma is effectively building the Light-Body; we are working with subtle fields of consciousness and the freedom to choose our own ‘respond-ability’ to the situations we find ourselves in. A whole new world awakes within as we realize how at times we have been struggling with ourselves. Being supportive of ourselves by acknowledging the different forces at play within brings a change from struggle to acceptance.

The Aura-Soma Practitioner Training

Aura-Soma Practitioner Training offers a comprehensive programme of courses developed over the last 15 years. These courses teach about colour and consciousness. They also introduce you to the Aura-Soma Colour System, its philosophy and how to work with it, both for yourself and others. There is a full explanation of this pathway on the ASIACT website.

Request an Auradala

An Auradala : the colours from a 4 bottle choice are interwoven with sacred geometry and beauty to symbolise the journey towards wholeness. This is a commissed artwork from Hartmut Günther based on the bottles you have chosen at a point in time. The final size is usually 33cm X 48cm although bigger works are also done but need to be requested at the time - largest size is 1.0 metre x 3.0 metres.

They are intensely vibrant in colour and are printed on Epson Semigloss Photo paper using pigment based inks with a light fastness of appoximately 80 years.

The bottles chosen for the work below were B0 (royal blue/deep magenta), B65 (violet/red), B79 (orange/violet), B23 (rose pink/pink), and a fifth bottle that just had to be added was B96 (royal blue/royal blue).

To commission an original work of this size (33cm x 48cm) is $333 which includes the print and postage in Australia. With permission from the person commissioning the original work, additional prints can be sold for $120 with the person commissioning the original work recieving 10% of this back for each subsequent print sold. Of course the person commissioning the original work can choose not to have any additional prints released.
